Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, ClearPoint Home Inspections in Silverdale, WA, provides professional and quality service from the moment you call. We will walk through the home together, and I’ll teach you as much as you want to learn.

A man is measuring a window with a tape measure while holding a clipboard.

I will personally explain the general condition of the home, how the different systems operate, and maintenance items. Of course, should there be any significant issues or deficiencies, we will cover them in detail. Finally, you’ll receive a detailed report containing multiple pictures and descriptive text in PDF and HTML formats (see sample report). Every inspection adheres to the Washington State Home Inspection Standards of Practice.
